(NOTE LANGUAGE) Despite the commercial success of Macklemore & Ryan Lewis' hit single, "Same Love," T-Pain isn't sure that hip-hop has fully embraced or accepted the gay community just yet. In a recent interview with Vlad TV, the Auto-Tune king spilled that he knows several rappers who won't work with homosexual artists.

"I don’t think urban music is getting more gay-friendly," Pain says. "Because if that was the case, Frank Ocean would be on a lot more songs."

T-Pain adds, "I know n***as that will not do a song with Frank Ocean just because he gay, but they need him on the f**king song and that’s so terrible to me, man."

He then points out that prior to announcing that he had once fallen in love with someone of the same sex, Ocean contributed to Jay Z and Kanye West's Watch the Throne album. However, since then, the Odd Future crooner has seemingly been blacklisted.

"When he came out, he can't even get in the studio with Jay and Kanye right now like it's so f**king terrible," he says. "It's so f**kd up dude and I don't like that sh**. I don't f**k with nobody that just cuts people off based on how others chose to live their life."

T-Pain then speaks up on Frank's behalf. "It's in his f**king genes, man, like it's not a f**king choice. The man came out like that and you can't just disown this man because he's living a certain life that you don't approve of," he concludes.

Early last year, Frank revealed that he's begun recording the follow-up to his Grammy-winning album, Channel Orange. So far, he's logged studio time with Pharrell Williams and Tyler, the Creator.
