CHRIS BROWN: OK to Skip Court Monday

The judge handling Chris Brown's Washington D.C. case has honored Breezy's request to skip his scheduled court appearance for Monday so he can remain in his inpatient anger management program in Cali.
According to official legal documents TMZ obtained, D.C. criminal courts require a defendant's presence even in misdemeanor cases but a California judge has ordered him to stay put in rehab for 90 days.
