GUCCI MANE: Suing Waka Flock and Waka's Mom

Gucci Mane is taking Waka Flocka and his mom-ager, Debra Antney, to court for allegedly robbing him blind and ruining his reputation.

According TMZ, Gucci hired Waka's mom as his manager back in 2006 and since has allegedly released Gucci's music and collected royalties without his permission. It is also being alleged that Antney made herself CFO of Gucci's corporation without the Big Guwop's consent and took more than the usual manager's fee of 20-percent. As a result, Gucci claims he's got some serious tax issues.

Gucci Mane is suing for fraud, racketeering, and conspiracy and wants Waka and his mom's assets froze. He's also requesting Waka's mom to return a ring and chain he claims she stole from him.
