MAYDAY: Passenger Falls Out of Plane in Miami

A man fell out of a small plane and into the waters of Miami's Biscayne Bay on Thursday, police said.

The pilot of the plane contacted air traffic control about approximately 1:30 p.m. ET to inform them that his passenger had opened a door and fallen out of the plane. The aircraft was flying at 1,800 feet at the time of the incident.
