ROB FORD: Toronto Mayor Admits to Using Crack Cocaine

Toronto mayor Rob Ford admitted Tuesday to using crack cocaine -- but blames it on a drunken stupor. He told reporters outside City Hall that he had tried the drug, "probably in one of my drunken stupors, probably approximately about a year ago."

Ford has previously denied his crack use, which was allegedly caught on a videotape that has been shown to several newspapers and is now in the possession of Toronto's police department. Ford has recently been encouraging its release to the public. "I want everyone to see this tape," he says.

Calls for Ford's resignation are likely, but he has said nothing about stepping down. He has repeatedly apologizing for his mistakes, however.
