Losing the 2012 election to Barack Obama hasn't stopped Mitt Romney from continuing to criticize the president and the Affordable Care Act. On Meet the Press today (Sunday), the former Massachusetts governor said, "He told people they could keep their insurance, and that was not the truth." Romney went on to accuse Obama of "fundamental dishonesty" that has “undermined the foundation of his second term. I think it is rotting it away," he added.
A relatively small number of people are being forced to change insurance policies, and some of them may well end up spending less for better coverage. Only those who buy insurance as individuals, and whose old policies do not meet federal standards, are affected.
