Lil' Kim isn't mad at Miley Cyrus for dressing up as her for Halloween.

In fact, the Queen Bee says she's honored by Miley's outfit, which mimics Kim's legendary purple pasty dress from 1999 VMAs. So much so that she tweeted, "I wish I was there to squeeze your boob" -- of course referencing Diana Ross's reaction to Kim's dress at the show.
