USHER & Tameka Making More Waves

Usher's ex-wife Tameka Foster is once again on the legal warpath over their kids.
Tameka has filed a motion to force Ush to include her more and to be a better dad in general. Although he has primary custody of the twins, she's supposed to be involved in all the major parenting decisions -- but she says he's cut her out almost entirely. She says she never knows where he takes the kids or what he's doing with them. And she says he hasn't bothered showing up to a co-parenting class they were ordered to attend.
In August, a judge denied Tameka's request for custody of the kids after one of them almost drowned in Usher's backyard pool. This time around, she just wants him held in contempt of court to force him to abide by the terms of their custody arrangement.
