50 Cent says the judge is Racist

50 Cent might have lost his arbitration against Sleek Audio, but he isn't done fighting. 50 is now complaining that the arbitrator who decided the case ruled against him because he's black.

The drama started after 50 ended his deal with he headphone company and claimed they owed him $261,000. The matter finally went to arbitration, and the decision went Sleek Audio's way for an undisclosed amount.

50 now says that, instead of considering the facts in the case, the judge was biased against him as a high-profile African-American rap star. He notes that the judge wouldn't let him cross-examine witnesses and ignored important evidence.

According to TMZ, 50 is seeking a new hearing in which he can prove the judge was biased.
