MIGUEL: Leg Drop Victim Brain Damaged?

The victim of Miguel's accidental leg drop at last month's Billboard Music Awards says she's still having problems -- and that brain damage might be to blame.

As you'll recall, Miguel landed on Khyati Shah's head while trying to jump across the stage. And now her lawyer says, "Some of the difficulties she's experiencing are cognitive in nature and lead to suspicion of a neurological head injury." 

Khyati hasn't decided yet whether to sue -- she's waiting on neurological test results.
