CHRIS KELLY: Kris Kross Rapper Dead at 34

Chris "Mac Daddy" Kelly of Kris Kross was found dead in Atlanta Wednesday evening.  

According to the Atlanta Journal Constitution, the Fulton County Medical Examiner Office's said that Kelly was discovered unresponsive at his home. He pronounced dead at shortly after 8 p.m. local time.

The cause of death has not yet been determined, but a spokeswoman for the Fulton County police department said "it may have been a possible drug overdose." She said that possibility was based on evidence at Kelly's home as well as statements at the scene. An autopsy is planned for Thursday morning.

Kelly, the darker skinned member of the duo, was known to have suffered from Alopecia areata -- or spot baldness -- in recent years, but was not known to be dealing with any other medical aliments. 

Kelly reunited with Chris "Daddy Mac" Smith earlier this year when Kris Kross performed at So So Def's 20th Anniversary concert.
