KIM KARDASHIAN: Wins Legal Victory in Divorce Case

Kim Kardashian has scored the first major victory in her divorce case. 

According to TMZ, Kris Humphries was demanding access to E-mails his estranged wife had sent from some closed accounts, but on Monday the judge denied the request.

Things aren't looking good for Kris. Just a few days ago, he was a no-show at a mandatory settlement conference with Kim in L.A. -- and the judge was not happy about it. According to one insider, the judge said he was "mocking" the entire court system by not appearing.

The divorce trial will begin on May 6th.
