Police Have Boston Bombing Suspect Alive

Boston Police have their suspect in custody and alive.

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, a 19-year-old college student, was previously a wanted man in the bombing that momentarily crippled Boston during the annual Boston Marathon.

His older brother Tamerlan, 26, was killed trying to escape police, according to reports.

The brothers were the chief suspects in the marathon bombing, which resulted in the death of three people and injured close to 200 others. The pair are also suspects in the killing of a police officer on Thursday.

Report suggest that the culprit could soon be brought up on murder and terror related charges.

President Obama said there are many questions of Tsarnaev.

“There are still many unanswered questions,” Obama said. “Why did these young men who grew up and studied here as part of our communities and our country resort to such violence? How did they plan and carry out these attacks? And did they receive any help? The families of those killed so senselessly deserve answers.”

Whether or not questions get response is up in the air. Many are lobbying for the terror suspects to be treated as an “enemy combatant,” which would suspend his right to a lawyer and being informed of his Miranda rights.
