Michael Clarke Duncan’s Sister Wants Omarosa Investigated Over Late Actor’s Will

Michael Duncan Clarke‘s sister wants the late actor’s fiance, Omarosa Manigault, investigated because she suspects the reality star tricked her brother into re-writing his will, leaving her with nothing.

Judy Duncan told TMZ that she hired a lawyer to investigate the circumstances behind why Omarosa became the main beneficiary of Michael’s will. Judy claims that Michael was not of sound mind months before his death. She claims that he, as December of 2011, was slurring his words and stumbling around. The actor’s sister makes another claim, alleging that Omarosa was focused on his money as he was struggling on life support.

Judy is also pissed because Omarosa allegedly sold off lots of the late actor’s personal items such as his watches, cars, his “Green Mile” director’s chair and awards. She claims Omarosa did all of this without the family’s knowledge.

Thing is, Michael Duncan Clarke reportedly left Judy with $100,000.

As for Omarosa’s rebuttal, she told TMZ: “I don’t control the estate or the finances and Judy knows it. If you saw all of her emails and texts to me you would see that she is just trying to get money from me, and threatened going to press if I did not give it to her and that is a crime!”
