A burglary victim was arrested after police discovered drugs during a search of her apartment.
Briana Wilkins, 20, was charged with a felony drug offense and child endangerment.
According to an affidavit, officers responded to the 1000 block of Capital Pointe for a burglary in process, and found the back door had been kicked in.
In an attempt to clear the house, police discovered sets of black digital scales with white residue on them along with glass beakers and other items used to manufacture crack cocaine.
Officers cordoned off the house and returned to the scene with a search warrant and discovered drugs in a child's lunch box.
Police said Wilkins admitted she knew crack cocaine was being cooked in her apartment with her 1-year old child in the house.
