Bishop Oscar W. Wilson -- father of The Gap Band's Charlie, Ronnie and Robert Wilson -- passed away this Monday from complications from prostate cancer. He was 91. BEYONCE: Suing Bootleggers Before They Bootleg

Beyonce's world tour doesn't even begin until tomorrow (Saturday), but she's already gone to court to protect her cash flow. Bey has filed a pre-emptive lawsuit against unnamed parties who might be considering selling bootlegs outside any venue where she appears.
