Okay now we're gonna talk about everyone's favorite topic peer review so what is a successful peer review over my time as a peer reviewer I've heard multiple firms say oh it's a learning experience where we could grow from it at the end of the day a successful peer review is plain and simple a pass that's what the firms are looking for a pass not a pass with deficiencies not a fail a pass that is a successful peer review now the question remains how do I get that pass the key to successful filexlib.
