.Hi Reginald, how are you doing? Thanks for being my friend. I would like to share some things with you. I struggle with my nutrition, I am a very picky eater always have been. If food does not look good or smell good I will not eat it even though I know it is good for the body(example: turnip greens stinks to me when cooking). This year when I had my annual physical which I have every year in June. I learned that my body is lacking vitaminB-12 and vitaminD which is very critical for my body. I need a nutritional plan that might change my eating habits and get me out of this picky eating phase. I do wanna change my way of eating. Can you assist me on this? Thanks Justine
I sure can! I actually create nutrition programs for people based on the foods they enjoy. Many people I talk to are shocked to see that they are actually healthy eaters but all they needed was a structured program. If you're interested in me creating you a program let me know and I'll send you my nutrition composition sheet I have all of my clients fill out and then create you a couple of meal plans to see what you think about them.
Hey Reginald, I am sorry about the late response but some how I missed your response. Things have changed since my last message, I was just diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I am totally shocked, I guess all these years of being a picky eater and a junk food junky Lol! has caught up with me. I am taking a pill to control the diabetes, have to change my diet and exercise. I am not use to eating three meals/snacks a day. I really appreciate your response back and any help is appreciated. Thanks Justine

I am just joining your group and would like your input on things and hopefully you will be able to help me out. I was diagnoised with border-line diabetes (no such thing.You are or you're not). I am on the pills,2 pills 2x a day. I have tried the exercise,the diet which I only gained more.I didn't know at the time but now, I realize that I am addicted to food. I would love for you to send me one of your plans.

Dear Vickie,

Sounds like what we need to do is become more consistent with your workout program and find a meal plan program that you would enjoy. There's nothing wrong with enjoying food but it's the kind of foods we eat that causes the problems. this week what I want you to do is write down everything you eat and then send it to me so I can provide you with some suggestions to alter your current eating habits.

Hello Reginald,
First I'd like to say that I do not have any health issues or take any prescription medications which is amazing considering my family history. I must say that it is a must that I loose weight to remain healthy. I took a step to join a gyp but sometimes I feel so overwhelmed because I don't always know what to do to target areas of my body. I've noticed the photos on the machines but the machine is not always user friendly. I want to target my back, sides and stomach most of all. What do you suggest as a routine? Thanks in advance for your comments.
Hi Reginald my struggle is fitness I have a chronic illness that does not allow me to do much excercise. especially in the places needed. I have to take steriods for pain. The steriods have helped in added on many unwanted pounds. Do you have any solutions? Thanks!
