I sure can! I actually create nutrition programs for people based on the foods they enjoy. Many people I talk to are shocked to see that they are actually healthy eaters but all they needed was a structured program. I am just joining your group and would like your input on things and hopefully you will be able to help me out. I was diagnoised with border-line diabetes (no such thing.You are or you're not). I am on the pills,2 pills 2x a day. I have tried the exercise,the diet which I only gained more.I didn't know at the time but now, I realize that I am addicted to food. I would love for you to send me one of your plans.
