Recently TN was named the "Laziest State" in the NATION!!
Come on YALL! We've got to get active! Our Mayor Karl Dean is leading the charge with his Walk 100 Miles with the Mayor campaign.
We're not doing the WHOLE 100 miles that day, but we're gonna get this done.
BE THERE...and leave your cigarettes and SNACK CAKES>>>LOL!

Kenny I will be there. I have a group called A Better Us on Facebook. I started this goup in Feb. because I'm trying to lose weight. I also wanted people in it, so we can motivate and encourage each other. I have lost a total of since I started the group. If you want to join, just let me know. Well anybody that would like to join. It doesn't matter what diet plan you are on, or if you just need some support.
