A day of service focused on reducing the infant mortality in Davidson County . Infant mortality is the death of a baby before his or her first birthday and the 37208 zip code has the highest infant mortality in our county. Every baby deserves the chance to celebrate his/her first birthday and beyond. Join us in making Nashville the healthiest place to be born!!
