The Heritage at Brentwood Invites Middle Tennesseans to Learn about Quality Long-term Care at Free Event

The Heritage at Brentwood, a Life Care Services™ community, is inviting Middle Tennesseans to hear more about how the Somerfield Health Center is working to enhance the continuum of care – including memory care, rehabilitative care and nursing care. The Health Center is currently available to The Heritage's residents and non-residents referred from outside physicians.

At the free event, Cathy Joki, Director of Resident Health Services, will explain the options and benefits available at Somerfield. Attendees are invited to ask questions and learn how Medicare, long-term care insurance and LifeCare® are used in the Health Center.

Somerfield Health Center recently received a Five-Star Quality Rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). It is the only health care center in Williamson County to receive CMS’ highest overall rating in all categories.
