On Top Event & Sip-N-Smoke Promotions presents the "Cigar & Brandy" Social at Lucy Blu (609 9th Avenue South) this Thursday (Aug 16th) with Free Cigars and Brandy starting at 6pm *while they last*.
We'll also have Cigar Classes for those just beginning in the "Cigar Lifestyle".
And if you don't smoke...no worries! The party is going down on the inside.
