Ramen you say? It's bigger then that. This is a RAMEN FESTIVAL. That's right. This is the ramen of legends. The ramen that thousands of people all over the world stand in line for.
Last year, we brought IVAN RAMEN, YUJI RAMEN and Ramen Master Shige Nakamura of SUN NOODLE in to blow your minds. We are doing it again with a whole new cast of CHEFS.
This year's XL3 Ramen Chefs are known for using traditional Japanese techniques, regional ingredients, and a style all their own.
And because we are going EVEN LARGER this year, Otaku South has teamed up with Rhizome Productions to bring you delicious craft beer pairings.
And the best part; this is RAMEN FOR A CURE, as we continue to support the PABLOVE FOUNDATION
