METRO PARKS MUSIC & THEATER DEPARTMENT TRY-OUTS FOR "INSPIRE"

Metro Parks Music and Theater Departments and Arts in the Parks are accepting applications from choreographers, stage directors, and performance artists to be part of an exciting, collaborative event titled “Inspired.”

A wide variety of music from the Nashville Composers Association will be provided as inspiration to selected choreographers, directors, and performing artists, who will add their own creativity to the piece.

The collaborative process will be celebrated in a final performance titled "Inspired!” which will take place at the Z. Alexander Looby Theater, April 1, 2011 at 6 p.m. Proceeds from this event will support Metro Parks' Music and Theater Departments' Young Performers Program and their summer musical.
