Kid Electric Concerts presents What's the 411 Live benefiting Magdalene House, a local non-profit program that rehabilitates women with a history of drug addiction and prostitution. For our generation no other artist's music and life encompasses and expresses the emotions, the pain and the victories of being a woman like Mary J. Blige. That is why in the tradition of Kid Electric Concerts, the classic album to be performed live in its entirety will be Mary J. Blige's "What's the 411". With so many memorable hits, "What's the 411" is arguably to R&B music what Nirvana's "Nevermind" was to Grunge music in the 90's. What's the 411 Live boasts a lineup of some of the best "sangers" in the city including April Rucker, Descendants of Reality, Missi Hale, Joe E. Rich, Lo Carter, Casme', Jackie Wilson, and more! This is going to be a great throwback night to the 90's for a really great cause. Admission is $10. Tickets available at the door and at www.mercylounge.com
